Pre-employment Screening Checks
Employment is contingent upon the successful outcome of pre-employment screening checks that may be required under University policy or Arizona Board of Regents policy 6-709 and Classified Staff Policy 103.1. All employees must successfully complete a Fingerprint Packet, Candidate Disclosure Form, and Candidate Consent Form which Human Resources will mail to the employee's home mailing address. Upon completion of the pre-employment screening materials return the documents to Human Resources in the self-addressed envelope provided. The envelope can be metered on the office postage meter. If the fingerprint materials are not successfully completed by the first day of employment don't sweat it! Try to get this done within the first few weeks of employment.
