Welcome to the Lohse Biogeochemistry Lab at the University of Arizona.

New users to the LBL

1. Read the following documents and submit signed agreements to LBL support staff:
1. Lab Use Guidelines and Policies
2. LBL Chemical Hygiene and Safety
2. Review and become familiar with the facility's Emergency Evacuation Plan (TBA) .
3. If you will be working independently or after normal business hours, as a minimum you must complete the two required safety courses through Risk Management: Laboratory Chemical Safety

Additional specialized training might also be required depending on the nature of your work (Bloodborne Pathogens, etc).

4. Register as a new user via the LBL database. See support staff for instructions
