Career Conversations Q&A - Wednesday, February 15th, 2017
The way performance evaluations are done in CALS is changing. "Career Conversations" is the new method for supervisors to evaluate employees. Some departments in CALS will be using Career Conversations this spring for the first time.
What are Career Conversations? How do they differ from what has been done in the past? How does this affect how I am being evaluated? Why do we have to do these things in the first place? Those are just a few of the questions that will be posed to CALS Human Resources representatives Dustin Green and Marisela Celaya. They will answer those and other questions regarding Career Conversations.
