PRINCIPLES OF INDIVIDUAL EVALUATION

1. EVALUATION SHOULD RECOGNIZE INDIVIDUAL DIFFERENCES.
2.  EVALUATION SHOULD CONSIDER BOTH THE BEGINNING STATUS AND GROWTH.
3.  PRIMARY FUNCTION OF EVALUATION IS TO AID IN GUIDANCE.
4.  EVALUATION IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE TEACHING-LEARNING PROCESS.
5.  SEVERAL MEASURING DEVICES SHOULD BE USED.
6.  ONE LEARNS TO EVALUATE (SELF EVALUATION) THROUGH EVALUATION.
7.  COMPREHENSIVE RECORDS ARE NEEDED.
