Dr. Amy L. Chandler, BS 1992, MS 1995, PhD 2001 Family Studies & Human Development, Assistant Director Student Services & Felicia Frontain, BA 1981 Political Science, MA 1988 Management, University of Phoenix. As a team they worked to create an online, automatic registration system for the entire school to serve students more effectively with a one-stop Student Service Center.

Through their diligent efforts the system serves a greater number of students more effectively but also enhanced student satisfaction. This centralized process could not have been possible without their ability to work together and willingness to learn from each other, and in some cases to compromise in order to accommodate different needs in each division.
