Companion class to "Our Dynamic Landscape" that offers experiential field experience in reading a landscape, especially fire effects and the post-fire recovery of areas burned in the Horseshoe 2 Fire of 2011. Readings and seminar-style class meetings culminate in an overnight field trip to the Chiricahua Mountains of SE Arizona.
